This is by far the best cheese I have had in years. I bought it at the farmers market while visiting last summer. Ordered three this time and will order again
I ordered jarlsberg swiss n got this instead. Ok, I like cheese so when I tried it at first I thought there was some sand in it because I detected some grit. But further bites had the same texture. In all my years - n there are many I never tasted gritty stuff in any cheese. Aside from that, it was fine. I would not purchase this again because of the grit stuff- there’s too much other cheese to buy.
