I ordered jarlsberg swiss n got this instead. Ok, I like cheese so when I tried it at first I thought there was some sand in it because I detected some grit. But further bites had the same texture. In all my years - n there are many I never tasted gritty stuff in any cheese. Aside from that, it was fine. I would not purchase this again because of the grit stuff- there’s too much other cheese to buy.
The flavor was nutty and delicious❣️
