Once your order is placed, we jump into action to prepare your package. Unfortunately, there's no turning back! We're like cheese ninjas, ensuring your goodies stay fresh and fabulous.

The deadline to place an order for the week is Sunday. On Tuesday, your cheese will ship and you should expect it to arrive by the end of the week, or sooner! 

New this year, we're offering a chance for local pick ups!

Live locally? Rather pick it up? Simply choose a day and pick up window. We'll handle everything else! 

- Once you place the order for pick up, we'll send a separate confirmation email the next business day for:

1. When your order will be ready
2. Pick Up Windows (Day and Time)
3. Please Respond to the email and let us know when to expect you!

-Missed Pick Up windows will delay in receipt of cheese by up to a week. Or you can opt to upgrade to ship your cheese. 

Embracing an eco-friendly lifestyle, our packaging includes compostable insulation to keep your cheese snug during its voyage. Each package is equipped with ice packs, ensuring your cheese arrives cool and delightful!

🧀 Pro Tip: If your cheese arrives slightly warm, pop it in the fridge - it'll chill and firm up in no time.

Our trusted cheese delivery partner is UPS. Once we send your cheese on its adventure, you'll receive a tracking number to monitor its cheesy progress. For estimated transit times, refer to the UPS Map at the bottom of our page.

Ensure a smooth journey to cheese happiness with an accurate address! Please double-check your shipping details, as we can't take responsibility for inaccuracies. Note that we can't ship to PO Boxes – a real address is a must for your cheesy treasures!

Recommendations:

🕒 Delivery Time: For the ultimate cheese experience, we recommend a delivery of 2 days or less to maintain the best temperatures upon arrival.

To guarantee your cheese's freshness, we may hold orders if they risk sitting in a UPS warehouse over the weekend.

Sometimes this is caused by a weather storm outside of our control. These circumstances are rare, but may need to happen.
