Smoked jalapeños in a spicy tomato marinade that’s amped up w/ Dark Matter’s Unicorn Blood espresso. Not as hot as it looks, it is excellent on scrambled eggs, in your quesadilla or w/ a glass of peaty Scotch. Looks like Jupiter up close. Made by our cheesemaker, Dan Posselt.

Once opened from the packaging - Change the wrap every few days, or each time you use it, whichever is first.
Some of it may be high-moisture and for that reason, you may eventually find some mold growing on it - Simply cut / scrape off and continue to enjoy!
