Fresh Chevre is perhaps the most useful cheese in your kitchen. Anytime you need a little mouth watering tang, toss a bit in. Pasta (anywhere with tomatoes), omelettes, ground pork burgers, cheesecakes, on crackers with fig preserves, as a wedding present. Clean, non animally in taste, unlike some goat cheeses.

Once opened from the packaging - Change the wrap every few days, or each time you use it, whichever is first.
Some of it may be high-moisture and for that reason, you may eventually find some mold growing on it - Simply cut / scrape off and continue to enjoy!
