I've been a fan of all things nettle cheese for 30+ years from a little cheese shop in Ireland to the S. Lawrence Market in Toronto. So imagine my surprise and shock to find a nettle cheese in Michigan. While this cheese is very different from those with nettles I'v had previous, this one is good, exceptionally good. It's creamy, a little sweet, melts in your mouth with the most inviting of aromas and leaves you wanting more, a whole lot more. This is a cheese you oughta try and enjoy under any and all circumstances. It's simply perfect. Thank you for renewing my hope in humanity by making and selling this marvelous cheese. I am in love.
