I have never tasted anything so wonderful in my life. I did some taste tests at a farmers' market. I wasn't so impressed with the first five I was given. Then, the lady asked me about certain flavors I like. I answered and also told her I prefer sheep's milk cheese. She then gave me this Goat's Milk Gouda. I was immediately overwhelmed with a flavor I couldn't stop eating. I bought a pound instantly, took it home, and only due to restraint did it last for three days. I wanted to eat it all in one sitting, though I doubt that I could have. It is very addictive. I highly recommend this cheese and give it an A+++ rating.
It’s a lovely Gouda, well aged and very flavorful.
