Triple Créme Brie w/ Apricots & Almonds, approx. 1/2 lb
We layer St Andre (a French brie like triple creme) with toasted almonds and apricots. This creamy brie is crafted for balance and character. Sort of a Windsor Castle version of butter and jam.
Serving Ideas: Serve at room temperature with crusty bread or bake until soft. Pairs well with sparkling wine and fresh berries.

Good with apples
Tastes more like blue cheese than Brie. It was so bad we had to toss it.
I don’t know if it had anything to do with the fact that it came by UPS melted & hot.
We refrigerated it before we ate it, but yuck!
I would have never ordered if it said blue cheese. I love Brie & was very excited to try it.
Thank goodness I didn’t open it up for a dinner party.
Delicious cheese. Be patient and let it come to room temperature for smooth spreading.
