Pumpkin Sage Ravioli with Brown Butter Garlic Sauce
Pasta Dough

2 cups flour

3 eggs

1 tsp salt

Drizzle of olive oil
Mix into a dough, wrap in plastic, and chill overnight.
Filling

1 cup roasted pumpkin, mashed

Salt, pepper, dried sage, garlic & onion powder, red pepper flakes
Assembly & Cooking

Roll out dough and form ravioli with pumpkin filling.

Crimp edges with a fork.

Boil until ravioli float (2–3 mins).
Sauce & Finish

Brown butter with garlic until golden and nutty.

Toss ravioli in the sauce.

Top generously with grated parmesan (because parm + pasta = true love 💛).
