Garlic & Herb Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 1 lb mushrooms, cleaned & stems removed

  • 1 pkg garlic & herb spread

  • 8 oz cream cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated parmesan

  • Chopped parsley, salt & pepper to taste

  • Extra parmesan for topping


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. Mix filling: garlic & herb spread, cream cheese, parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.

  3. Stuff mushrooms with the filling, place on a baking sheet.

  4. Top with extra parm and bake 15–20 mins, until tender and golden.
