Garlic & Herb Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients

1 lb mushrooms, cleaned & stems removed

1 pkg garlic & herb spread

8 oz cream cheese
-
1/4 cup grated parmesan

Chopped parsley, salt & pepper to taste

Extra parmesan for topping
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Mix filling: garlic & herb spread, cream cheese, parmesan, parsley, salt, and pepper.

Stuff mushrooms with the filling, place on a baking sheet.

Top with extra parm and bake 15–20 mins, until tender and golden.
