Ingredients:
Stalk or 1 1/2 pounds of Brussels sprouts
1 tsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp of grounded pepper
Sprigs of fresh thyme
1/3 cup of Aged Asiago
1/3 cup of Aged Parmesan
Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 F.

Clean Brussels sprouts and cut in halves.

In a large baking pan, add Brussels sprouts along with salt, pepper and thyme.

Drizzle olive oil and mix. Make sure everything is mixed together and spread evenly.

Bake in the oven and roast for 35 minutes, until crisp outside and tender inside. Shake the pan from time to time to brown the Brussels sprouts evenly.

Remove from the oven and sprinkle cheeses evenly.

Place back in the oven for additional 10 min or until the cheeses are melted and golden brown.
