We've teamed up with our dear friends at Farmhaus Cider Co in Hudsonville, Michigan to help us to create another wonderful cheese.
The Marion Bella takes a 3 week soak in Farmhaus' Marionberry Cider. The result speaks for itself. The deep red color from the soaking will surely stand out on any cheeseboard. There's a subtle sweet-yet-tart flavour that's created from the cider. Enjoy and use liberally!
But what the heck is a Marionberry? It's a cousin of the blackberry!
Once opened from the packaging - Change the wrap every few days, or each time you use it, whichever is first.
Some of it may be high-moisture and for that reason, you may eventually find some mold growing on it - Simply cut / scrape off and continue to enjoy!
