Our dear friends at Farmhaus Cider Co in Hudsonville, Michigan help us to create another wonderful cheese.
These wheels take a 3+ week bath in Farmhaus’ Sangria Cider. It’s got the smoothness and fruity flavors to really compliment the savory flavours of the Bellavitano. A bit softer than the Ruby Bella in flavour.

Once opened from the packaging - Change the wrap every few days, or each time you use it, whichever is first.
Some of it may be high-moisture and for that reason, you may eventually find some mold growing on it - Simply cut / scrape off and continue to enjoy!
